Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. lime juice
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 5 cups shredded, cooked skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 green onions thinly slice on a diagonal
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger.
2. Toss the remaining ingredients together and add the dressing and toss again.
