Best Summer Stir Fry for Weight Loss
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil to coat large skillet
- 1lb ground meat
- 4 cups cubed zucchini
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup green pepper
- 2 finely diced jalapenos (optional)
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
Optional:
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
Directions:
Cook meat over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Push meat to the side. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the empty side. Cook until the vegetables start to brown. Mix all the contents in the skillet together.
