- 1 cup cashews (If you have a nut allergy, use sunflower seeds )
- Extra coarse chopped cashews to roll balls in
- 1 ½ cups pitted chopped dates
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. each of vanilla, turmeric, cinnamon, and powdered ginger
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor except water and pulse until all ingredients become a chunky consistency. Gradually add the water until it is a consistency that will stick together to form balls when rolled in your hand. Use a heaping tsp. full of ingredients to form each ball in your hand. Roll the balls in chopped cashews to create the outer coating.
