Cole Slaw

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup of shredded purple cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toss all ingredients together. Serves 4.
