Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced rutabagas
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • ¾ -1 cup room temperature 2% milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

1. Boil potatoes and rutabagas in separate saucepans until tender.

2.Drain Well

3. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.

4. Beat ingredients on high until desired consistency.

Makes 4-5 servings.

With the addition of rutabagas you decrease the calories by 25% and keep all the same great taste.
