- 1 large zucchini (peeled)
- Spaghetti sauce
1. Place a zucchini spaghetti in a large strainer. Toss with at least 1 tsp. of salt.
2. Allow to set for a minimum of 1 half hour, for the salt to extract the water from the zucchini. The zucchini will become limp.
3. Rinse well. There is no need to cook the zucchini. It will taste like al dente noodles. 4. Add your favorite sauce!
