So many people are struggling with their emotions. This is magnified during the Corona Pandemic. I want to impart hope and encouragement to you with the following information.
First, I will explain how your emotions can affect your health.
Throughout this month I’ll be referring to portions of my book in Chapter 3, First Commandment – Perfect Your Spiritual and Emotional Health. You can find the book, The 10 Commandments for Perfect Health at bit.ly/DrSedlakBook
The following is found on pages 45-46 in the book.
Your emotions can have a direct impact on your health. The negative emotions produced by stress can institute a concurrent result creating pain and fatigue. Emotions can affect blood pressure and lead to the development of a stomach ulcer. They can cause headaches, insomnia, back pain, and stomach upset. Stress alters hormones which can contribute to weight gain and digestive disturbances. Stress adds to the worsening of all types of illnesses. Poor emotional health contributes to weakening your immune system. This in turn can open you up to a host of illnesses including cancer. If your emotions are getting you down to the point that you are feeling depressed you should see a doctor. There are many means of help and things you can do to help yourself. Are you ready to:
- Break free from what’s emotionally preventing you from your best health quality
- Raise your self-confidence level and take control of your health
- Feel good about making the right decisions to attain and maintain your health
Then you are in the right place and reading the correct information to help.
There will be challenges in your life. That’s for certain. In the scripture John 16:33 it explains that you will have tribulations and frustrations in this life. How will you overcome them?
Are you ready to find out how to identify the obstacles that are holding you back from attaining your best health? I call these Roadblocks and Speed Bumps. I’ll show you 3 easy ways to recognize them and how to avoid them. You can watch this short video by clicking this link.
